A look inside

See it before you install it.

The first entry screen, headed Let's start with today, with an empty writing area and the Reflect button below it. A finished reflection answering the entry, with one gentle question in a card below it. The care screen, headed A journal, not a therapist, saying Reflune is not treatment and that entries stay on your device.
Write a line. Read what comes back. Watch your mood over time.

Privacy

Your entries stay on your device.

There is no account and no sign-up. Nothing you write is uploaded in the background, and there is nobody on our side who can read it.

AI processing happens only after you give explicit in-app consent, and only for the entry you asked about. Writing, saving and reading your journal work entirely offline and are never blocked.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Do my entries leave my device?

No. They stay on your device. When you ask for a reflection, only that one entry is sent, briefly, to produce the response; it is never stored and never used to train AI.

Do I need an account?

No account and no sign-up.

Does it work without a connection?

Writing, saving and reading your journal work entirely offline and are never blocked. A reflection needs a connection; when there is none the entry is still saved and the app says why nothing came back.

What happens when I ask for a reflection?

Reflune reads that one entry, answers it, and asks one gentle question.

Is this therapy?

No. Reflune is a journal, not treatment and not advice.

Which languages does it speak?

English and German today.
